Yes, words matter. So much so that extra effort was made on them at the Tingager School, when a new extension had to be made. The words are in concrete. Friends. Development. Flexibility.
- One can say that the surface of the facade has been cultivated and thus has got its own characterful expression, which at the same time expresses the school's values that have been etched in the concrete facade. In addition, words that tell something about the subjects that have a special significance for either Danish history or for the school itself, says architect Jesper Thyge Brøgger, designer of the new extension.
