Empowering visual identity with Graphic Concrete
BY GRAPHIC CONCRETE

In today’s residential architecture, every new building is expected to be distinctive and memorable. Graphic Concrete is an innovative technology that helps homes stand out by giving them a unique visual identity. Using a special process, it reveals detailed patterns, textures, or even very real pictorial images directly on the façade.
With this method, architects can transform a simple wall into a visually engaging canvas, creating buildings that are not only attractive but also meaningful for residents. It offers a high-quality, durable finish that defines a building’s character and helps residents feel proud of their uniquely designed home.
Colosseum City Center, Vantaa
The Colosseum City Center is a multi-complex building that includes residential areas. With modern materials and contemporary design, its curved surfaces are brought to life through Ikat patterns from Graphic Concrete’s collections, as well as custom patterns created by the client. The surfaces are also colorfully painted, giving the building a truly distinctive and memorable character.

We often get questions about whether the patterns in our collection can only be used as they are. You can adjust their scale or even use them as inspiration for custom designs. Here’s a great example — the Geese pattern from our collection combined beautifully with a custom design.

Helsinki Kahvimylly and Kavipannu, Helsinki
Paulig’s Coffee Roastery was inaugurated in Vuosaari, Helsinki, in 1968. About ten years ago, the roastery relocated, and apartments were built on the former factory site. The area is now called the Café Quarter, and several street names and buildings reflect its coffee heritage. This history is also echoed in Helsinki Kahvimylly and Kahvipannu which mean coffee grinder and coffee pot, both featuring coffee-related patterns in Graphic concrete.
